About Us

Devin and I, Kaylynn, have known each other since we were ten years old. A decade later, at the age of 20, we embarked on a romantic journey, and two years after that, we joyfully embraced engagement. We reached a significant milestone when we graduated in May 2023. Around the same time, we ventured into entrepreneurship, co-founding a business specializing in bubble tea and Vietnamese sandwiches while also managing the family enterprise, Smoothie King. Our post-graduation life unfolded with a mix of stress, responsibilities, and the intricate juggling act of balancing our professional and personal lives. In the midst of this challenging phase, we've come to realize that life shouldn't revolve solely around work. Our hearts yearn for more than just surviving; we aspire to truly live. In a world where social media often portrays people enjoying life without a glimpse of their toil, we, too, desire a taste of that joy. We dream of having the time to plan our wedding, explore new horizons through travel, and rediscover the simple pleasures that life has to offer.  Our reality consists of seven-day workweeks, averaging 14-hour workdays, leaving scarce room for anything else. However, we are here to share our journey, revealing how we navigate the challenges of a demanding life while striving to recapture the essence of joy.
